End of May Brianna and I decided to plant some Bachelor Button flower seeds. We had fun planting the seeds and watering them. Brianna got so excited to go out and find sprouts and watch them get bigger. She prayed for the seeds to become flowers constantly. Not to many sprouts survived June with all the rain, but the few that have, are producing lots of flowers. Brianna loves her flowers that we grew from seeds. She is so proud of them and loves showing them to people that come and visit.
Nice, huh? The white triangular shaped item protruding from the tire tread is a razor blade. After Ben spent 20 minutes trying to loosen any of the lug nuts I went out there to help. The team work we used was amazing! I was bouncing on the left side of the cross bar while Ben was pulling up on the right side. Ben got two loosened by himself, I helped loosen two, and Ben broke one off.
We didn't look to hard, but we couldn't find any tire store open yesterday. Thankfully several family members came to the rescue and we were still able to make it Logan for Peter's birthday party and to see Joseph for the first time. We had fun yesterday and are really grateful we could make it.
About a month ago someone gave me yards of this pink material. Brianna saw it for its worth and immediately started asking for me to make her a princess dress. I finally did them just before her birthday. The girls love their princess dresses. Brianna has always loved dressing up and was really happy when I finally did them.
So here is my poor sewing skills on display for everyone to see. When I was pinning Mikayla's skirt to the bodice I didn't realize she was bending forward. Because these are just play dresses for around the house I didn't redo it. Enjoy them dancing.
